Restaurant Food that rounds off a day in the mountains

With us the day does not end with the last lift. In our two restaurants in Hinterglemm it carries on at the table, with honest flavour and good company. We cook regionally, think internationally and take our time for you.

In the morning Breakfast that sends you up the mountain well fed

The morning decides how your day goes. That is why we start with a big buffet, from fresh pastries and egg dishes to regional cheese and fruit. Those with a sweet tooth are just as happy as everyone who prefers a savoury breakfast. Vegetarian and vegan options are always included. Take your time – the mountain won't run away from you.

Dinner In the evening, hunger turns into a menu

In the evening the choice is yours. In the à la carte restaurant and for our half-board guests we cook daily from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. At the Mirror it gets more international. There we serve fine sushi and a selection of Asian dishes, from Wednesday to Saturday, each from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Afterwards you round off the evening at the bar with lounge, over a glass of wine or a cocktail. Those who prefer to spend the evening in the apartment can pick up sushi to take away, from Wednesday to Saturday between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. - also for external guests.

Specials Regional, grilled and to take away

We take what the surroundings have to offer and turn it into dishes with character. Salzburg products take centre stage, complemented by international accents. In summer we fire up the grill. From 05.07. to 05.09.2026 we invite you every Sunday to the GLEMMorous BBQ, from 18 to 21.00.
