Where can sports equipment be rented?

You can find everything about ski rental and sports equipment at our partner Gumpold Sports at www.gumpold.com.

Can ski passes be purchased at the reception?

Ski passes can be purchased directly at the reception. The current ski pass prices apply!

 

Are there any discounts or cooperations with sports shops and ski schools?

All reductions can be found in the Alpin Gold Card flyer, which you will receive upon arrival.

How long is the reception open?

6:30am - 10:30pm.

Informations on Check In & Check Out:

Check In: 4pm - 8pm
Check Out: 8am - 11am
Early arrival: Subject to availability on the day of arrival. Consultation with the reception is required!
Late arrival: Arrival after 8pm is no problem, please inform us in advance!
Late Check Out: Depending on availability on the day of departure. Consultation with the reception is required!

Is it possible to leave luggage before arrival or after departure?

You are welcome to park your car and leave your luggage with us before arrival or after departure.

Is there room service available?

Do I have to declare food intolerances or special diets?

We kindly ask you to inform us directly at the time of booking about special diets or food intolerances.

Are there parking facilities at the hotel?

Parking spaces are available free of charge

Is there an e-charging station

Yes, e-charging stations are available free of charge.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are only allowed on request and only in selected rooms/suites. Surcharge € 25,00 per day.

Is there a spa?

Opening hours: 9am - 10pm
A Finnish and a herbal sauna in the adult area (nude area = ADULTS ONLY), an outdoor pool, an outdoor Finnish sauna (= textile sauna), infrared seats. Towels and bathrobes are provided for you in your room. Our wellness area can be used exclusively on request and only according to availability also before check-in and after check-out.

Is there a gym?

The gym with cardio and strength equipment is available free of charge. Opening hours: 9am - 10pm.

Are external guests allowed in the SPA?

External guests are welcome on request and depending on availability.

Is a ski room available to story ski equipment?

Our heated ski room is at your disposal free of charge.

Can bikes be stored at the hotel?

No, there is no bike room in the hotel.

Is there a washer and a dryer in the hotel?

We offer a washing service for our guests. We charge €20,00 a load and €3,00 a piece for ironing. We do not assume any liability for damages.

Questions regarding the room/ suite

What is available in my room/suite?

Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine, bathrobes, towels, bed linen (allergy bed linen on request), hairdryer, Rituals care products. Kitchen: fully equipped with pots, crockery, cutlery. (no spices, etc.).

Is there a daily cleaning service?

Yes, your room will be cleaned daily by us.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms/suites?

Our rooms / suites do NOT include air conditioning.

Are there cots and highchairs?

Yes, on request and for a fee! Cot € 35,00 for the entire stay High chair € 15,00 for the entire stay.

Questions regarding your booking

What catering is provided?

We only offer overnight stays including breakfast. Half board is available to book seprately.

What are the cancellation conditions?

  • Special Flexible Rate
    100% deposit 1 day before arrival
    up to 4pm before the day of arrival: cancellation or change free of charge
    from 4pm hrs before the day of arrival: 100% cancellation and change fees
  • Flexible Rate
    30% deposit upon booking and balance payment up to 30 days prior to arrival.
    up to 14 days before arrival: cancellation or change free of charge
    from 13 days before arrival: 100% cancellation and change fees
  • Non refundable Rate
    100% deposit on booking
    100% cancellation and change fees

Can a booking be completed without a credit card

If you do not have a credit card, you are welcome to make the booking with us by phone and pay by bank transfer.

How to change or cancel an existing booking

For change and cancellation requests, please contact us in writing. All bookings made through a tour operator or third party supplier must also be cancelled or changed through them.

Is payment on the spot possible?

We kindly ask you to settle the payment in due time according to the cancellation conditions. Payment on the spot is not possible.
